Physics B & C: Margaret Brinker

Margaret Brinker caught the teaching bug whilst teaching Physics and Math in Tanzania East Africa having finished her degrees in Physics and Pure Mathematics at Kingston upon Hull University in England. Since then she has taught Physics and Math in various high schools in the Denver area. She earned a Masters degree during this time from Denver University. She has enjoyed teaching teachers; Assessment, Classroom management and Hands on Physics in evenings and during summers. From 1995 until 2007 she was a Table Leader and Reader for the AP Physics Test Readings. As a College Board AP Physics Consultant she has taught many workshops, receiving the Seimens Award for Excellence in AP teaching in 2003. For three years she served on the SAT 11 Physics advisory board.

Her husband, and both sons are also Science teachers. One son teaches AP Art History and Math also.
