Lodging The host hotel for the institute is Sunset Station Hotel & Casino. Call (888) 786-7389 and ask for the rate for the Silver State AP* Summer Institute ($75/night plus tax). A block of rooms is available at reasonable rates, for the nights of June 22-25, 2008. Free transportation will be provided from Sunset Station to and from the institute. Sunset Station has free ground transporation to and from McCarran Airport. Participants are responsible for their own lodging arrangments. No transportation to/from the institute will be provided from other hotels. More information about Sunset Station can be found at www.sunsetstation.com Sunset Station will provide free shuttle transportation to and from the Las Vegas Strip for SSAPSI participants. The shuttle runs three times each night, between 5:30 pm and midnight, during the nights of June 22-25, 2008.
