Lodging

Participants are responsible for their own lodging arrangements while attending the Silver State AP Summer Institute.

The 2012 SSAPSI host hotel is the Sunset Station Hotel and Casino, 1301 W. Sunset Rd, Henderson, NV, 89014.
• A block of rooms is available for $64/night, plus taxes, for the nights of June 24-27, 2012. Room rates are guaranteed until May 24, 2012, so make your reservations soon! Call 888.786.7389, option 9, and ask for the Silver State AP Summer Institute group rate, group code SCISSAP, or book online.
• Room rate includes a hotel service fee entitling guests to guest room internet access, fitness center access, gift shop discounts, incoming/outgoing local and domestic long distance calls.
• Sunset Station will have a special free shuttle for SSAPSI participants. The shuttle runs to and from the Las Vegas Strip twice each night, Sunday through Wednesday. You must book under the SSAPSI group rate to access the free shuttle.

Silver State AP Summer Institute provides bus transportation between the Sunset Station and Green Valley HS on Monday through Thursday. You may board the bus at the northeast entrance by the Grand Café.
